Yes, I realize that. I also realize that if the American public knew about this intel memo right now, it would help tremendously re: retaining the seats we already have, and would probably gain the Reps even more seats. One thing's for sure. If the DemRats gain 'any' seats (ie power) in the next election, we're all going to suffer...in one way or another. I just wish this info could be released NOW, when it's really needed, as opposed to later.
By the way, thank you so much for all your hard work. It is MUCH appreciated!
___
If this Iraqi intelligence memo was known to the American public before the war started it would have helped to increase the support for the war then and the same goes for the Iraqi Air Force memo that also talked about recruiting from their own ranks to conduct suicide missions against US interests.

Shortly after 9/11, when it was revealed the al-Qaeda was behind, I immediately suspected it was a paid hit. I think al-Qaeda told Saddam that they had the capability and Saddam paid them to get revenge on U.S.

The 9/11 report and the Senate Intelligence reports regarding Iraq WMD and connection to terrorism are one of the most despicable acts to hide the truth under the guise of "impartial investigations". Shame on them!

That is possible. The more Iraqi documents I read, the more my suspicion increases that Saddam regime at least knew about the terrorists attack of 9/11 before it happened. He may not had known the exact date and details but he knew that it was going to happen and he may had given them some help in training and planning.

Unfortunately, this won't get any traction because Saddam didn't IM any gay congressional pages.

"Anybody want to take a stab at the explanation of why Bush probably won't do this?"
It truly is the biggest mystery of his presidency! JV...thanks for all you do! Maybe someone could help you put this in a book one day, so that it can be part of the historical record at least!

You have done it again J! Thank you so much. You are a fantastic American!
B. Work to commit some nations like France, China, Russia and Japan to economical agreements
Interesting.....France, China, Russia. Yep, they were against the liberation of Iraq and continue to hamper our efforts. France and Russia were deeply involved in the "Oil for Palaces" scandal as well.
I wonder what information Koizumi gave President Bush?

Thanks for the ping!
1. The available signs indicate the intentions of America under the presidency of Bush the Son that aim to damage the political leadership in the country
President Bush must have moved fast. He had only been in office two months when this was written.

If someone wanted Iraq just for oil, it was France, Russia, and China.

Exactly. Saddam knew that President Bush is no "do nothing President" like Bill Clinton, he feared President Bush and in this case his fears were correct. President Bush removed him and the whole world is much better place because of this.

Am not sure that all that many people watch the usual national news anymore - but it's good to at least see it here wherein some sane and knowledgeable people reside. Thank you, jveritas.

It's not that they have to vet in order to release it- it's released already- it's that they have to get it translated before they even know what it says. Jveritas here is one of the people translating these things and sometimes he's the first to do so since they left Iraqi hands- knowing what they say even before our own gov does. We don't have enough federal translators to handle even a fraction of the data coming out of Iraq.
