but that doesn't mean you have to let them run the agency. why have elections then?
It is disheartening. I don't know what is going on. It seems this President more than any other I can remember, has been bedeviled by ingrates and libs from day one. I include Secretaries in that description (Powell, the lispy guy before Snowe - O'Neill...)
