I was more interested in the part of the headline that said there was prompted a 'law against illegal immigrants'. That seems a little...ironic.

"...there was prompted a 'law against illegal immigrants'" Our elected officials call this, 'thinking out of the box.' It gives them something to talk about during election campaigns, and it's a lot easier than actually doing any substantive work.
