- A woman used her four-week-old baby as a weapon in a domestic dispute, swinging the infant through the air and striking her boyfriend with the child, authorities said.
The boy was in serious but stable condition Monday at Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh, police said.
"Never, never, never. I can never remember anything like this," District Attorney Bradley Foulk told the Erie Times-News.
Chytoria Graham, 27, of Erie, was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and simple assault. She was held Monday in the Erie County Jail in lieu of US$75,000 bail.
The infant, whose name was not released, suffered a fractured skull and some bleeding in the brain, authorities said. His head hit Graham's boyfriend, the baby's father, police Lt. Dan Spizarny said.
Authorities removed four other children from Graham's home and placed them with the Erie County Office of Children and Youth, Foulk said.
...Words fail me...
At first I thought someone screwed up the headlines then I read the article and found out she really did use the kid. Unbelievable....nah....30 years ago yes but today no.
I'm sure it's the man's fault, right ladies? After all a women can run over her husband in the SUV he bought here or strap her kids into their car seats and drive them into a lake or chase her kids around the house and drown them one-by-one over their struggles for life and pleas for mercy... and there's always a man to blame.

Melvin Udall: I think of a man, and I take away reason and accountability.

Good heavens.
She is a subhuman.
Never, never, never. I can never remember anything like this," District Attorney Bradley Foulk told the Erie Times-News.
Get used to it, Mr. Foulk. Didn't you hear - married couples are now the minority. Who -- or what, in this case -- do you think is raising the children?
When babies are outlawed...
In the case of Susan Smith, it was the boyfriend who said he didn't want her if she had kids, in the case of Andrea Yates it was the husband's fault for wanting a large family, in the case of the hit-and-run divorcee it was the ex-husband's fault for being out shopping with his new girlfriend, etc.
It is undeniable that there was definite media bias in favor of these women.
Had a man committed the acts each of these women committed, there would have been no panel shows with one commentator urging that the public look at the man as being "in some sense, a victim as well."
A woman does not want the truth; what is truth to women? From the beginning, nothing has been more alien, repugnant,
and hostile to woman than the truth - her great art is the lie, her highest concern is mere appearance and beauty

I'm not sure where to start with this one...
We have a winner!
They are B0TH subhuman trash. The baby is the onl innocent victim here.
But what is with YOU? You have issues, man, lots of them.
1. You don't know any women.
2. You're drawn to psychopathic women.
rme, so? Woman like those are criminals, murderers to be exact.
On one issue at least, men and women agree: they both distrust women.
H. L. Mencken
I distrust any human who deserves it, male or female. And I especially distrust the media.
