Yeah, I have a dear friend who was a mortician in Reseda, she was pretty busy for a while.

Fox News showing people filling their cars with gas. Good grief people, you are in Hawaii! It isn't like you need to fill up for a 500 mile road trip. If you have a quarter of a tank it will still probably last a week or more!

Wow pic just came in and a huge dust cloud sitting on the horizon.

Another good shot of a boulder as big as a small truck.

Prayers for all.

Call just came in from Kaunapali Maua and all is good, I have people living there so all is good.

earthquake is a result of Bush's failure to implement the Kyoto treaty

That's about as close as anyone has come to

It's Bush's "fault"! :^)

Is that the Kahalui airport, or the West Maui airport they're talking about? I got the feeling it was the West Maui airport near Kaanapahli.

Yeah. Electric toilets, because people are too stupid/rude/inconsiderate to flush on their own.

Electric only terlets were a problem in the last NYC power failure, too.

I've seen newer ones with a redundant manual flush button, and ones with a water flow powered generator to avoid this problem.

Kahalui OGG

I bet the slide is where you go around the corner after Maalea by the lookout etc - and now, where the windmills have been installed.

Hard candy is a good thing to keep on hand for diabetics.

Or a real good excuse to keep candy bars stowed.

Aye! One picture she took shows a road, straight from here to there, with about a 10 foot piece missing between here and there. She said she crept up peered about 30 feet down into the gap and couldn't see the bottom.

I can't even imagine!

That is a big cool word.
logarithmically
I like how it sounds smooth kinda flows of the tongue. Does it mean odds going down in the chances of going up or down?
