Today, President Bush and Mrs. Bush joined Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld in Arlington, Virginia for the dedication of the U.S. Air Force Memorial.

Also in attendance were Chairman of the Air Force Memorial Foundation, Ross Perot Jr.; Secretary of the Air Force Michael Wynne; Chief of Staff of the Air Force, General T. Michael Moseley; Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force Rodney McKinley; Secretary of Veterans Affairs James Nicholson and Major General Edward F. Grillo (USAF retired) President of the Air Force Memorial Foundation.

Later, President Bush delivered a short statement about North Korea to the press on the South Lawn of the White House before he returned to Camp David.

This is such a cool Dose tonight, s_j! Thank you. My Dad was a member of the 467 in a B24 Liberator and flew 35 missions over Germany in WWII, God rest his soul. My brother was 101st Airborne Ranger in Vietnam (Bronze Star). The AIR is big with our family ;-)

Today was, and the monument is, a beautiful tribute to the Air Force.

On a side note...do any of you ever watch FitTV? I was just working out with Gilad (he was with the Israeli Military and now has a fitness workout program with a back drop of Diamond Head on Oahu in Hawaii.) It's reallly fun! Oh to be younger and be able to train to go get terrorists....Rrrrhhhh. It feels so good. At 9:30 AM here there's this GREAT Yoga hour called Namaste Yoga. Ladies it's the BEST!!! Guys, you'd love it because the lady that's the narrorator speaks very soft and sexy and the girls are always doing these really good yoga moves...something for EVERYone ;-)

Hope you all had a really great day. Tomorrow is hubby's birthday, and we've got a really special day planned. I'll tell you all about it...and maybe share some pics.
