Like you, my wife and I married at the age of 19. That was 32 years ago. The typical response I get from others is "WOW". Heck, the typical response I got from others when I'd been married 10 years was "WOW". I never understood it.
My wife and I get a big kick out of celebrating the anniversary of our first date: October 22, 1971.
Did you get a lot of flack for marrying at 19? Or how about, "How's married life?" for the millionth time?
