Arkancide. He knew too much for everyone's concern.

Something odd is right. Do we have a timeline on Studds? That would be most helpful.

Some fool on CNN just said the two incidents are different because in the Stubbs case there were no allegations of a cover up.... Now that is typical. It isn't the sexual abuse that is the issue, it's whether you lied about it? Hmmmm, I seem to recall the Dems singing a different tune when it came to Bill Clinton lying under oath about sex-- then it isn't the lie that is important, because the whole issue is "just about sex." What hypocrisy. Like you, the spinning makes me dizzy also.

When did Kirk Fordham meet with the panel? I saw KF in his baseball cap and he had it pulled way down over his face. I did a post yesterday that he sure looked ashamed of himself.
They can't think the American people are that stupid. Studds knew too much - adding a dog to the scenario is standard procedure. If Studds was ready to go to rehab, his vital signs had to be good. They haven't said what actually killed him. Deteriorated? From what? It makes no sense at all.

blood clot in lung - was cleared up. Was there another blood clot in the brain? That doesn't make sense because he was already on blood thinners for the lung blood clot.

Lord, have mercy on this country, that an article like this can even be written!
I am trying right now to have sympathy for his real family......not this 'husband,' but any relatives he may have still living. (I need help).
I would not want to be Studds right now. He has met his Maker, and he will pay for his sins......
The question for us is, will the truth about this death ever be known? How much cover up is going on here??

Isn't it odd that Fox said Studds was deceased, he contacted them to say that he was alive but then he really was dead? Too bad he didn't use his intuition. And, dogs are horrible witnesses.

All he'd need to be offed is an IV or even a pillow. If nobody calls for an investigation, there won't be one.

Whatever happened to "life mate?" That was before some states began passing gay marriage laws. In this case the state represented by Senators Kerry and Kennedy.

Is the "husband" collecting survivor benefits from Studds Congressional pension?
Thought not. You know for certain he won't be? Might make an interesting test case. Marriage is not something the federal government is generally involved in. However if they filed a joint tax return, or filed as "married filing separately", it's dollars to donuts that the "widower" will be collecting on those benefits.

This should have been in the newspapers on the same day that he fell. As far as I can tell, it wasn't in any news report or newspaper UNTIL the day he died.
When did Foley's name FIRST hit the news? Wonder if Foley (or any other Repubs) got a recent email from Studds or Hara?? Hara is 49...pretty close to Foley's age (52).

What kind of dog was he walking? It was a cross between a French Poodle and an Alaskan Timber Wolf named Fifi of the North.

Update - see #293. it went from an accident walking the dog
to a blood clot in the lung to
to a blood clot in the brain.
Trying to make sense of it, he was walking his dog, fell, went to hospital for tests - they discovered the blood clot one or two is anyone's guess.
Then he was reported dead before he was really alive, then dead. Is Kerry reporting this news?
To: Sacajaweau
Did he even really fall walking the dog? Only the medical records would show that and those are private now under HIPPA laws. I think Fox saying he was deceased really puts them in the hot seat. Even if it was an honest mistake, it looks bad. Surely, if Studds had fallen, Fox could have found that out instead of saying he was deceased. They could have mentioned that former Rep. Studds was recently hospitalized for a blood clot in his lung. It was sloppy for them not to get a current status on Studds.
Studds knew who was out and who wasn't out. He had to be taken out by someone.
