This piece of human garbage was my rep for 24 years.

In the late 70s he was getting Federal money to get more boats on the water fishing because the old guys were dying off and younger guys didn't want to fish. In the 90s he was getting Federal money to buy up boats and retrain fishermen because stocks were being depleted. For a good speaker he was a dim bulb.

Studds chose not to run for reelection in the '96 campaign because after the Rs took over in '94 and the Ds weren't running the show, lawmaking was no longer "fun". Wussy couldn't stand being out of power.

No problem, back then "the keepers of the gate", NYT, Wash Compost(etc.) buried the Studds story on page A-23 in really small print.

Okay then, what *should* the article have said?

******************

Yes, homosexual marriage is legal here in MA. However, the article does seem to be sanctioning that law:

studds, who grew up in Cohasset, was the first openly gay person elected to Congress. He served from 1973 to 1997.

He is survived by his husband, Dean Hara. the couple was among the first same sex couples to be legally married in Massachusetts.

Note the avoidance of the word "homosexual".

"How many people sustain head injuries while walking their dogs?"

I've done several searches trying to find any article pertaining to his hospitalization or his injury, and have come up empty-handed. I'm wondering if this is a cover-up for his having died of AIDS or an AIDS related illness.

What's rather ironic is that Chris Wallace referred to Studds as having passed away ,last weekend. He later came back and corrected his mistake.

Do you have any proof or a link for that.

If not, that is your DUmmie like trying to muddy the waters, IMO.
