The Congressional candidate from my district, Keith "X" Ellison is the keynote speaker. Thank you in advance to Americans Against Hate for protesting these candidates and CAIR. FReep this event!
Excerpt:
Coral Springs, FL -- On Saturday, October 14, 2006, Americans Against Hate (AAH) will be leading a protest against the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), Minnesota Candidate for U.S. Congress Keith Ellison, and Florida Gubernatorial Candidate Jim Davis. The protest will be taking place at the Southwest Focal Point Senior Center, in Pembroke Pines, Florida, which is playing host to a CAIR sponsored event featuring Ellison as Keynote Speaker. The reason for the protest is to call attention to the fact that both Ellison and Davis have accepted campaign donations from CAIR officials. According to records, Keith Ellison received contributions from CAIR's National Executive Director Nihad Awad and CAIR's Government Affairs Director Corey Sawyer. As well, according to records, Jim Davis has received a contribution from the Communications Director of CAIR-Florida Ahmed Bedier.
Please help AAH and voters show Keith "X" and Jim Davis the exit door.
I really wish I could vote against Ellison. But, I don't want to move to Minneapolis to do it. I am keeping my fingers crossed hoping that even the blue city won't vote for Malcom X.
So, Dork-Davis and the muzzieKiethX are goin' to a CAIR event?
In Broward County?
Maybe the Joos will greet them warmly there. Lessee - where did mohamed atta get his flight training, and where did that Iraqi anthrax kill its' first victim? I forget.
I dunno - maybe some S. FL Freepers can do a freep. Or maybe not.
I wasn't gonna vote for Davis anyway, but now, I don't think he should even have a drivers licence!...........FRegards
Here's a sampling:
Within this building, a CAIR sponsored event is taking place, with Keith Ellison as its Keynote Speaker. One of the individuals hosting the event is a man by the name of Altaf Ali. He is the Executive Director of CAIR-Florida. I have had personal dealings with this man. Exactly one month after 9/11, on October 11, 2001, I debated Mr. Ali about the attacks, on a local radio program. During the show, this individual derided me for being Jewish and repeatedly refused to answer the question of whether or not the people that perished in the World Trade Center were innocent. What kind of monsters are Keith Ellison and Jim Davis looking for support from?!
Shame on you, Representative Ellison, and shame on you, Representative Davis. By accepting this money, you have shown that you are on the wrong side of this war....
Bumping your thread Minnesocold,
My blood runs cold that Ellison is gonna get a pass thanks to the leftys and the MSM.
I heard Alan Fine today on NARN. I hope he sues their behinds over the expunged records. Smear campaign extraordinaire. I'm so sick and tired of this stuff. Probably why I've been in lurk mode lately.
This thread brought me out of 'lurk' though because there are obvious poseurs involved, either that, or I didn't have enough coffee. :)

BTW, when was the last time the Star & Sickle ever had one of their polls showing a Dim losing in any important local election?
Are they ever correct?
Snip:
Keith Ellisons Mysterious CAIR MeetingWe were about to leave, when I made the conscious decision to go inside to see the event. If someone from CAIR was videotaping us, why shouldnt we be able to do the same? We asked the police officers if it was alright to go inside to videotape. They said it was okay, as long as we didnt disrupt anything. Two of us went in. As we reached the entrance to the affair, we were stopped by two people. This is a private event, one said, as he put up his hand to stop us. We said we received permission from the officers. He repeated his statement a couple more times. Areeb Naseer rushed out to speak with the officers. Altaf Ali looked nervous and confused. We took CAIR totally by surprise.
In the end, the officers said, since it was a private event we had to abide by what they were telling us. My colleague stated that it was a public place the center was owned by the city and we should be able to pass through. However, we didnt press much further and soon left. With all of the preceding questions, a new question arose: Why did they not want us inside? Keith Ellison is running for public office. Why was this a private meeting? What was being said inside that made it so private?
These are questions that Keith Ellison should be asked. He comes all the way to South Florida from Minnesota, less than one month before his election, to a private meeting that no one knows about, attended by only a small number of people, with individuals guarding the entranceway, an event sponsored by a group that has numerous ties to Islamic terrorism. Is it just me, or does this picture look strange?
