Bush and Rove had a golden opportunity to severly damage and weaken the Dims after the 2002 mid-terms. But, President Bush did not go for it. He tried to unite. A noble cause, but doomed to failure with the current crop of low-life, immoral, lying scum Democrats in Congress.
