I totally agree with you. And that's my point, you can see the difference between men and women in the old days.
Personally, I blame the hippies (Why not? It isn't as though they are going to stand-up and fight the accusation). All those dudes wearing their hair like women and getting "in touch with mother nature".
Another thing about modern culture...
What happened to feminine beauty? Women like Raquel Welch could wear a bulky jumpsuit and still be gorgeous because she had confidence that she was beautiful. Today, actresses (and many young women today), for the most part, seem to think that having atrificial enhancements and showing acres of skin are the definition of beauty. A woman's beauty comes from confidence - confidence that she is beautiful.
Also, a woman's beauty comes from her mind and her abilities. For me, I would be seriously "turned-on" by a woman who can discsuss the Austrian school of economics (among other topics) and cook. Heck, I'd walk on coals for a woman who could cook from scratch (a skill that I greatly admire). Also, a woman's beauty comes from having a good heart and, for me, a wickedly-good sense of humour.
