What is your beef with Allen??

He's a sleezebag unworthy of the "Next Conservative Darling" label many here give him...he'd be the next "Richard Nixon" if ever elected to the highest office in the land. The sooner he's out of Virginia and national politics the better!

You're obviously thinking of the Olde Dominion's SENIOR Senator!

Allen is a pretty good guy and a reliable conservative voice (and vote). The RINO, on the other hand...

I don't think Allen is Presidential at this stage of his career, but he's a good Senator.

So you just want to hand one of our Senate seats over to Born Idiot? You want Dingy Harry to be Majority Leader? Rat majorities on all the committees? You want to make sure that we NEVER get ANOTHER conservative judicial appointment through in 2007-09?

Come on, man. You can't really believe that George Allen is worse for this state and country than Born Idiot, can you?

Senator Allen has not declared as a candidate for the presidency. He IS the Republican candidate for the Senate.

Republicans cannot afford to lose the Senate, and your hoping that he does is simply NOT good politics.

You are a poor spokesman for Senator McCain. Whenever I begin to think charitably of him (as when he spoke so forcefully against Senator Clinton the other day) you are guaranteed to remind me of why I dislike Senator McCain: most of his supporters are like you.
