Allen is a pretty good guy and a reliable conservative voice (and vote). The RINO, on the other hand...

I don't think Allen is Presidential at this stage of his career, but he's a good Senator.

LOL...that's a good one. The only uniforms George "Student Deferred" Allen has ever respected were the football ones his Hall of Fame daddy coached...try getting him to respond to a grieving mother/wife who has lost a loved one in the GWOT in a timely fashion (it seems his aids and autopens are always at the busy doing something else).

Vice-Presidential candidate MAYBE,
and he is certainly a good Senator and infinitely preferable to ANY dimocRAT or RINO.
Mark Warner will replace John Warner in 08.
