Why not get the gov't completely out of the restrictions biz then. Lift restrictions on infanticide and toddler-cide and better yet, lazy teenager-cide.
I agree! According to our Constitution, those are issues that fall under the purvue of the states, just like murder, robbery, and rape. Why is abortion a special case?
