Why not get the gov't completely out of the restrictions biz then. Lift restrictions on infanticide and toddler-cide and better yet, lazy teenager-cide.I agree! According to our Constitution, those are issues that fall under the purvue of the states, just like murder, robbery, and rape. Why is abortion a special case?

Well, that certainly sounds like a far cry from your dissatisfaction with the Constitution Party which apparently is "denying the RIGHTS of pregnant women". The constitution does not mention abortion, I agree. So the only question is: Are fetuses human beings deserving of the same protections as all other human beings. If the answer is no, then it is strictly the purview of the states. If the answer is yes, then they are need to be protected federally.
