You're a pro-abort.

NO I'M NOT!!!! I am, however, opposed to using the police power of government to impose my view on others. There's a very big difference that you zealots don't seem to comprehend.

Why not get the gov't completely out of the restrictions biz then. Lift restrictions on infanticide and toddler-cide and better yet, lazy teenager-cide.

So what is law, then? And should it be enforced?

The only reason why the police power of the state exists is to defend the innocent from those who would harm them.

Stopping innocent children from being murdered is one of the clearest obligations of law enforcement.

I comprehend your argument: that human beings aren't actually human beings until you decide they are.

Your argument is stupid and evil. I don't mean that purely as invective: the argument really is unintelligent and morally suspect.

I'm opposed to the government not protecting the God-given Constitutional rights of children before they're born. Protecting the rights of the individual is the reason government exists; it serves no other function. Needless to say, killing someone violates their right to life.

So you have no problem with the legality of a partial birth abortion being performed in the third trimester?

Just looking to clarify your position.

Oh, and it's also pretty hillarious (we're laughing AT you, not WITH you), that someone who claims to be for "small L" libertarian fiscal policies, and that the Republicans aren't conservative cause they spend too much, blah, blah, blah, etc. etc., posts an article complainig how Bush didn't spend money on some scientific boon-doggle that they happen to think is worthwhile.

Pray tell Mr. Constitutionalist, what part of the Constitution authorizes the Fed to spend money on unproven (or any, for that matter) medical research?

Hypocrisy, thy name is Small-L!
