...we need these troops in Iraq, killing poeple and breaking things!Ain't it the truth. Everytime I think of those 28,000 troops/hostages in SKorea... I think of Wainwright on Bataan.

50% of the American people are stupid. They're called "democrats." Thanks for the addition. I meant to mention that in my post. 50% of the electorate are stupid, which makes every election a nail-biter -- whether we're going to continue to survive as a nation, or drive the bus into the abyss.

The RNC needs to run this TV AD NOW. I mean NOW !
This AD will blow the Foley story right off the air and send the DNC / Leftist Media into a hysteria which would only make the thing more popular.
Who the HELL at the RNC is the strategist sitting on this funny and brutal ad . The son of Pee Wee Herman !

The Republicans are just as pathetic as the democrats. The democrats are shameless, but at least their 'spin' and their demagoguery show some backbone..Took a second read and so . .OTOH...I guess they cannot both be spineless. . .and certainly the Repubs are; but just hate to say that these Dems have backbone. . .but whatever it is. . .they do get their job done. .
. . ..and Repubs? Still waiting. . .

Clinton made no progress whatsoever. He concluded a treaty at the bidding of the Peanut Farmer, which the North Koreans had no intention of keeping and did not keep. NBC News is either uninformed or intentionally lying. Their entire reason for being seems to be to elect Democrats. Which is not surprising, since most of the people at NBC News are Democrats.

Imagine what they could do if they had a real message.

Well true, I exaggerated a bit to jokingly make the point that a continuation of Clinton's methods would have only lead to faster nuclear arms development in North Korea.

I read where Matt Lauer's wife filed for a legal separation. NBC was sufficiently upset about the prospect of their golden boy getting divorced that they apparently put some pressure on. The Lauers are still married - for now.

On your post #10 ---- Do you know who actually wrote that? I printed it out for my DH to read and he is going to ask who the author is. I didn't see anything at the site.

Oh, and wasn't it Andrea Mitchell who said that everybody in Washington knew who Joe Wilson's wife was - until Andrea suddenly got amnesia? One upside to a Scooter Libby trial would be putting Mitchell on the witness stand.

Your point was well taken. To pretend BJ did anything in NK is a joke.
