Trailing in his bid to unseat Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Democratic challenger Phil Angelides will begin airing a biographical TV ad Tuesday in a late-hour bid to tell his story to voters who may know little or nothing about him.
The ad, to run in markets statewide, entwines family footage of the candidate with details skimmed from his resume as a Sacramento businessman-politician. Opening with chiming guitar chords from the Bellamy Brothers' "Let Your Love Flow," it alludes to his political awakening in the Nixon era and later features a shot of Angelides with U.S. Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer.

Angelides is for more taxes, and more taxes, and more taxes, and socialized medicine and for bankrupting CA.
"Let your love flow" indeed ...ROTFL.

With all the union supporters, all they could get is 500 people, in the hotbed of liberalism in LA, he is not only toast, but an overdone toast.
Looks like half of the 500 were journalists and photographers.
(Narrator) "As a young boy, Angelides always wanted to be the guy who can get you that free government grant money."
From a historical perspective, it can't get much worse but ... Angelides has almost 30 more days to really screw it up.
He may well be the first state wide, Democrat candidate who recieved less Democrat votes than his opponent.
Greek D's sure know how to help the Republicans win elections without even trying!
"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached." -Manuel II Paleologus
First image coming to my mind upon reading of Angelides' "Let your love flow" was "If It's Yellow, Let It Mellow; If It's Brown, Flush it Down". I dunno if his campaign people have fully thought all this thru..
