This weekend the President and the First Lady attended the Christening Ceremony of the George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) in Newport News, Virginia on Saturday and as it their usual practice when at the White House on Sunday attended the morning Service at St John's.
Today the President made a statement from Diplomatic Room at the White House regarding North Korea's announcement of a nuclear test.
Last Friday the Vice President continued his heavy schedule of Republican Fund Raisers.
Enjoy your visit to Sanity Island
"I gave him the stick and it was like he hadn't left the cockpit."
$$$$$
And every American schoolchild should know that their President was a Texas Air National Guard JET PILOT during the Vietnam war. But noooo, our hateful media and NEA could not allow children to learn that.
I wonder if Gallup yet realizes that Bush won the election....... :)
I will put the top 6 and what I think their tally is on Thursday dose if my cable connection is back and I am on my usual computer.
:)
(Can you tell I have daughters??)
I hope my cable problem will have cleared up in the morning I do help I do not need to get NTl out to look at the cable box last time it meant a new box.
My pleasure
Thanks for tonight's Dose, snugs.
Night
Hmmm....nope. Couldn't tell...
I'm impressed with your knowledge of computers, tom.
Even counting just the top six will be quite a chore.
It was a piggyback dose one weekend if I remember rightly.
***Tally is possible via server also..***
Dolly, could you possibly tell me what that means. Honestly, some days I feel like a fourth grader dumped into a college class.
Have you tried unplugging your cable modem and then plugging it back in.....I've been told to do that by the cable guy when it acts strange.
For an old geezer I do alright. Matter of fact I had to learn to keep from being put out to pasture years ago.
For those having difficulty watching the christening ceremony, you can get the audio of President Bush's remarks from iTunes in the Presidential Speeches & Remarks podcast.
Oh, that explains it. Probably a Sunday afternoon when no one else was around. :)
Better than being in the third grade, kitkat. I haven't even learned fractions yet.....
The Conservatives are not in power how can they pull out and in reality the Conservatives are more likely to support the troops than Labour in the long term.
If you are referring to Cameron's speech at the Conservative Party Conference I was more surprised in how he was inferring that they would support the troops even more in Afganistan so I am not sure what you are getting at.
We probably will not have an election for another 3 or 4 years at least so a lot can change in that time.
Conservative Party's position on Afganistan - does not sound like wanting to pull out to me
