"What are they going to do about it, invade Norway? Again?"
- Good Idea!
However, if Sweden wishes to dethrone the mad rulers of North Korea, Sweden will have to launch somewhat more explosive stuff than protests and political statements.
While Sweden has sent troops here and there around the world, for instance to Afghanistan recently, invading North Korea (which probably is necessary to achive the goal of stability in the region) is a completely different story from what has been done the last 50 years or so (since 1956, Sweden has sent around 80,000 soldiers on different missions around the world).
In the scenario of a UN lead invasion of North Korea (which I believe is better and more realistic than a operation lead by the Nato, the US, China or the EU alone), Sweden actually has a lot to offer.
Apart from the Armed Forces itself, Sweden has a lot of competent arms industry that's manufacturing, among other things, highly advanced fighter planes and submarines. Swedish arms exports is a billion dollar business and it's growing steady from year to year.
Furthermore, Conservative Swedish politicians like Bildt and Reinfeldt (New PM of Sweden) are more likely to send troops to North Korea than the former Social Democratic-Green-Left administration.
The Social Democrats sent troops to fight talibans in Afghanistan, so I wouldn't be surprised if the conservative politicians presently in charge would send troops to North Korea.

Agree with you. The Swedes build good equipment. Troops might be questionable, but run 'em through the fire and the survivors will be good enough.
