Screw being the party of morality. Are you going to judge all Republicans because one had a propensity for being gay? The age of consent in the District of Columbia is 16. Therefore, Foley broke no laws. Even though he lusted after young men, he kept it to himself until they were of age. So he was gay. BFD! Get a life! The MSM is trying its hardest to convince everyone that Dem conrol is a done deal. The only way they will be successful is if this demotivates the Rep base. I think it is having just the opposite effect.

How many final straws were there when Dems were in power?
That line worked well on me in 2000, 2002, and 2004. In 2006, it's old, stale, and hollow. Those "few times in life" are used up. Moreover, having a long-term view as I do, I am not even convinced that voting GOP this year is good for the GOP itself.
