That's for certain. Food poisoning takes a lot longer to incubate. Typically you will fall ill after the NEXT meal.

You're right. I've had the misfortune to have had food poisoning twice - it takes awhile longer to get sick from it.

48-72 hours, IIRC. My ex was a vet tech for the Air Force, and used to inspect the food in the commissary and dining halls.
