Thanks.
My point is this. It's the press, not the democrats.
Democrats are a party that believes a certain political philosophy, that people can accept or reject at the ballot box. And that is fine.
But the press masquerade as a non-biased entity telling us what is going on in the world. When they take a side, as they have now done, they become insidious and dangerous to the political process.
I don't blame the democrats for trying to make political hay from the Foley affair. But the press, the DBM, well....
They are ganging up once again, drive bying once again, gunning for us, once again.

Agreed but I think it's common knowledge by now that the media and press are aligned philosophically with the concept of the welfare state, and Democrat causes.
They are in bed together, so to speak with a straight face.

Absolutely AB! That's why it's important for our leaders not to step in any rat traps.

Yesterday on Fox News Watch they all came to the universal conclusion that "the press has decided that Bush is toast," therefore they don't care what the truth is, they just want to write stories about that.
Okay, who watches them? Who checks them? Who calls them on their lies? As you say, they don't get elected by anyone... except, wait a minute. Wasn't there a senior anchor for CBS who made false charges against the president? And wasn't that person forced out? Who was it who did that? What secret, all powerful cabal (at least according to the Dixie Chicks) managed that little trick? Oh. That's right.
It was us! We have to take apart their statements, one by one, and call them on it. They have framed the "offense" by Foley and particularly Hastert in dishonest terms. We have to nail down where they got it right and where they strayed from the truth and nail them!
I'm looking for transcripts and am going to be combing the net for facts to hit them with.
