NOT ED KOTCH!!!!!!(/s)
Isn't that special?
I was a little rude in my response. Im sorry..
Tom Kean is 41% to Menendez' 44% today after their debate. I really wonder about the voters in NJ (my appology to any NJ Freepers) electing Corzine for Governor and possibly returning Menendez even though he is under investigation and is a very suspect character.
I saw Tom Kean on H&C Friday night and he is not the best candidate, so I can understand why Menendez is running ahead of him and his statements about Hastert, without knowing the facts really made me dislike the man.
Looks to me like Ford is going to pull it out in Tennessee because he's run a smart campaign... in a lot of areas "we" are just not running good campaigns. Look at how they pulled the $$$ out of the race in Southern Arizona because their favorite candidate didn't win the primary.. they have a candidate that could bring out the voters and actually turn a RINO seat into a conservative seat, but he isn't speaking the party line....
It is a Democrat operatives list, NOT a Republican!!!
These Democrats would damn their own party over the issue of homosexuality. So much for ANY party loyalty.
Thank you Democrats for proving the point.
I'm in Tennessee. I just can't see Harold winning here. I don't like Corker and much preferred Bryant, but the national RNC got behind Corker early. That's over and done. No one I know who supported Bryant or the other conservative Republican is going to sit this one out. They'll hold their nose and vote for Corker. Ford's prospects all assume that there will be a lot of no shows for folks who didn't support Corker in the primaries.
I have actually liked Harold as a Congressman (next district over). I disagree with his politics, but he has done the job of working for his constituents, particularly in dealing with the federal bureaucracy and even foreign governments.
I'm kind of hoping that he'll lose the Senate seat then come back home and run for the Mayor of Memphis next year against the lunatic we have now, crazy Willie Herenton. Then he and AC Wharton, the county mayor, can work to merge city and county government. It apparently worked out well in Nashville, getting rid of a lot of entrenched corrupt bureaucracy and no-show feather bed jobs. We have that here in Memphis to a fare the well (I was going to say "in spades" but that would be interpreted as racist).
That's what propelled Bredesen to being our governor. He's been a better Republican governor as a Democrat than our previous Republican governor. Let Harold get that done and a few more years of experience as an executive and then he can move on to governor. From there in 12 to 20 years he can make a run at the Presidency.
He might even make a decent first black president, given 20 or so years to grow up.
But he's gonna lose this senate election.
#635, That I would not doubt,he seems truly wacked out at best most of the time.
The problem is the betway really is an echo chamber.
They are litterally bouncing around in their own outhouse of left wing feces. They have noting to flush away the drivil and the spin.
There is no reality there but the MSM does not deal in reality the CNN, MSNBC, ABCCBSNBC only regurgitate AP, NYT and DNC spin over and over.
NOT ONE STORY ABOUT WHAT DID PELOSI KNOW!
NOT ONE STORY ABOUT THE HOMOSEXUAL STAFFER NETWORK!
NOTHING but Fluff.
I did hear her on FNC just now and she was really good. She has the rats down to a tee "they don't want to talk about issues because they know they lose on issues" She knows what they are all about, now if we can just get her to straighten out a little.....
I think Harold Ford is one of the few likeable Democrats and JMHO could be his personality that is giving him the leg up????? I know he is one of the few I don't flip the station when he comes on, certainly no Obama (thank God).
And that is why we should not allow them to bounce their feces off of us.
Ayn Rand called this type of thing "the sanction of the victims" and she meant that the evil use our own sense of goodness against us as a weapon. The terrorists do it. And so does the DBM. We need to deprive them of that privelege by IGNORING their imbecilic barking moonbat drivel.
Magical mystery tour #8 starts in 9 hours and counting.
They are supposed to be the party that supports alternative lifestyles -- same sex marriage, NAMBLA, Abortion, you name it. You'd never know it this past week, though.
What happened to her fiance?
