Video: The most insane political ad ever
TOPICS: Constitution/Conservatism; News/Current Events; Political Humor/Cartoons; Politics/Elections
KEYWORDS: congress2006; politicalads; politics
For some reason, TV stations
wont run it.
Why?
Because it refers to old men masturbating?
Or because it refers to teenage girls watching porn with probes hooked up you-know-where?
Let the word go forth: nothing has ever topped this, and nothing ever will.
Click the Vietnamese prostitute to watch. (Note: Might not work in Firefox.)

I have Firefox portable and it runs fine. It's not great. It's the same as a lot of other ads. The question is how many in the GOP voted for the same bills?

Never heard of Paul R. Nelson or Ron Kind--who are they and what party is sponsoring the ad?

The ad isn't as weird as the democrat it's referring to.

Worked fine in Firefox.
Just so you know, this type of ad has been done before.
I believe it was in 1992, during the Dem primary for 5th congressional district in Connecticut, a feminazi (Lynn Taborsak)ran against a pro-life conservative Democrat from Waterbury (Jim Lawlor) for the right to oppose Republican Gary Franks for the seat. The polls were close, but a dramatic radio ad featuring an impersonation of Taborsak in the state legislature promoting a bill to teach children self-abuse used the "m" word about a dozen times. The ad itself was nothing compared to the front page coverage it received in the local papers the next day. Taborsak went down to defeat, only to run a kamikaze "A Connecticut Party" (Weickercrat) run to deny Lawlor the seat.

46 Republicans voted in favor of these grants and 33 Dems (I think) voted agasinst these grants.

Ron Kind--Democratic incumbent
Paul R. Nelson--Republican opponent
Wikipedia disses Nelson and has a lovefest for Kind, so I'm guessing that Nelson's commercial is spot on. :-)

I didn't think it was 'insane', but it is a bit more graphic than what is usually aired--I really wasn't shocked that much, to tell the truth.
