This is going to be worse than Mario Cuomo--especially because Spitzer will have an activist liberal ally who's mayor of NYC.

This guy holds a commanding lead in the governor's race. It's unbelievable. NY State has all kinds if problems from burdensome tax rates, unfriendly business climate, overbearing regulations in all aspects of life. NY lost seats in the US House of Reps because people are fleeing the state in droves, yet people still go to the polls and pull the lever for the guy with a (D) after his name because he looks out for the little guy dammit!! Spitzer epitomizes the sleazy politician, and you can clearly see what is most prominent in his agenda. It is mind boggling that NYers can look at this guy and say "Yeah, this is what NY needs. Spitzer for governor."

Mr. Spitzer... made his ... declaration ... in support of gay marriage... “We will make it law in New York.”

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion..."

Marriage is a holy sacrament and therefore an establishment of religion,
not an establishment of the state. It simply is not within the purview of
the state to bestow sacraments on the grounds of swearing an oath to
live a life of sin. To do so would not only go against the fundamental
freedom of religion that this country is founded upon but would install a
state mandated religion antithetical to most faiths. Anyone advocating,
as spitzer has hear, to make such unconstitutional law if elected should
be called out on it. TRAITOR!

Among the few prominent politicians who support it [queer marriage] are Senators Russell D. Feingold of Wisconsin and Edward M. Kennedy of Massachusetts, both Democrats; and Lincoln Chafee, a Rhode Island Republican RINO.

Figures!

Anything that helps Faso receive more votes this November is always a good thing. I doubt that Faso really has a chance, but it does help whenever the D's get too overconfident and then "step in it" too often just prior to the general elections.

New York and California will probably move to legalize gay marriage in the forseeable future.

Notice how the NYT fails UTTERLY to report the complete story.

Homosexual based marriage has been RESOUNDINGLY defeated across the USA.

Not just resounding but DEAFANING once people go to the polls to stop the radical judges.

This lunatic candidate did not join the vanguard, the vanguard is STOPPING homosexuals from their effort to normalize homsoexual conduct. (ie see Foley)

This lunatic just went full bore into the leftist wacko fringe!

The Republican candidate better come out full force and LOUD against this!
