Uh,no, what I meant was perfectly clear, and your sarcasm is entirely unwarranted.
You have the fair trial to separate the legitimate child predators from those who have been falsely accused. Once our system has decided who is legitimately guilty, then I have no problem with the death penalty being an option during sentencing for convicted child predators.
Thank God for the Bill of Rights. Mob justice can be scary indeed.
I agree with most everything that has been said here tonight. I am, however, having a hard time getting upset because some guy ended up dead in jail after being arrested for possession of child pornography while the police were investigating him for exposing himself to children. IMHO, this guy needed to 'get dead' as soon as possible so he could get in the express lane for hell. If the inmates saved the taxpayers some cash in the process that is just a bonus. Maybe they will get more time in jail as a result and the streets will be safer for a little longer because of this guys death.
