Who promptly came up with the old and worn "Hey, it was just all a big fat joke! Ha Ha!" defense. And all this time later, his blog full of idiotic and potentially incriminating statements is still up on MySpace. I'd say he's not getting his money's worth from that lawyer. Unless, of course, the laywer has other loyalties.
