Did anybody see the hysterical Larry Kudlow on CNBC Wednesday at 5 PM. He still thinks the scandal is on. He knew nothing of what the bloggers have been reporting. Still calling for Hastert's resignation and turning red in the face when challenged.

I has also pushed the phony George Allen 'scandals' off the front page.

The LameStream Media will never report this...all they care about now that Foley is gone is what Hastert knew.
The facts have NEVER mattered to the LSM.

In Colorado, up to 60% of the ballots will be absentee It seems to be an extremely high number, do you have a source for this, is there a precedent in Colorado elections that the absentee ballots were that high. In most States the absentee ballots are no more than 10% of the total vote.

Oddly, this phony scandal has blown Woodward's phony scandal off the airwaves.
Excellent point!
Self cleaning scandal, leaves only the fresh scent of pine.
LOL!

And you know what's the funniest part of all? They couldn't even wait until October to spring it?!
I think the technical term for it is "Premature Scandalization".
LOL!

I can't tell you exactly but I heard it involves a) a trampoline, b) a bottle of vaseline, and c) a chicken. That sounds like an average Thursday night out at the San Francisco DNC office. Except the chicken is made of tofu.
To: Redbob
Objectively looking at it, it may seem a little far fetched, but I have a gut feeling that Slick Willie's fingerprints are all over this one. This is just his style.

ROTFLMAO! (Makes me want to puke just a little bit though . . . as a country we've got a lot of important stuff on our plate and now, thanks to Dims and MSM, it looks like the election will mostly come down to a dispute over Congress' disgusting sexual misaliances.)

Like I said in another post, I am sure this scandal was supposed to launch in a few weeks. The Woodward stuff was supposed to take center stage for a couple of weeks and then this. Clinton and company decided to launch this thing prematurely because of the backlash he took for the FOX interview and he and the administration saw his leagacy starting to go up in flames. They also saw what the economy was doing as well as gas prices. They saw this election slipping away so they hit the panic button and launched this October surprise prematurely. It is already starting to backfire on them and I don't know if they have any other big ammunition.
Rove and company have not even fired a shot yet and as soon as the radio and TV ads go out showing how kooky the Dem leadership is, the Dems are going to want to cry "uncle." GOPTV will be their worst enemy and it will become another 2002.

You didnt see people resigning in disgrace for these kinds of scandals when the Democratic Party was in the majority, Howard Dean, Chairman of the DNC, said. We kept things under control. I'm speechless.

House Speaker Hastert: 'The people who want to see this thing blow up are ABC News and a lot of Democratic operatives, people funded by George Soros'... YES!! Go on offense!! *Ahem*...
American Thinker nails this issue. You know this has backfired when all the news this morning is "Can this hurt the GOP?", and it is the THIRD story they present. There may be more October surprises, but this first one riled up the GOP base. Dems have NOTHING but scandal to run on, and this one was LAME. I cannot wait to vote!!
