But a criminal defense lawyer wouldn't usually be the one to hire for that...
Stephen Jones is a defense attorney and I wouldn't think would be part of suing ABC. All I have ever heard him do is handle criminal cases. Maybe someone that knows him better then I do would chime in.
We have plenty of scumbag attorneys that would love to sue anyone for any reason.
