Do you know anything about this Chip Englander? I found a couple of hits on that name linked to a Univ. of Michgan student voter's scandal. Not sure if it's the same person as I couldn't find any bio info on Englander. Here's the link:

I also found a link for him in a brief story about an episode that occurred when he was working as a spokesman for Audra Stickland in Ca. Strickland is a Republican. During the campaign, a flyer was delivered around town claiming that Strickland had taken campaign donations from a race track owned by an "abortion doctor." Here's the link to that little story.
