And Vicente knows this because President Bush called him and said....."Yeah amigo, heh, I am gonna sign it. Don't worry though, we will make sure it is never funded so never built."

"Even though the wall was approved, there is no funding."

The U.S. Government owns printing presses that print money. Who does this guy think he is kidding?

The fence will prevent wildlife from migrating down to Mexico where it can be poached.

Aguilar said on Tuesday his country still wants a comprehensive immigration reform that would allow more people to migrate to the United States legally.

Hey pr*cks, we'll plug the leak first before we start bailing out the ship.

"The wall will be useless and unworkable," Aguilar said, adding that it would affect the environment, ecology, and even the reproduction of some species.

It's all ready funded. It is in the bill. Could the Antis try shutting up and actually finding out what is going ONE time instead of posting the same parnoid ignorance over and over and over and over and over?

I think Fox has a point. In order to get something done Congress has to pass the law authorizing it and the appropriation to fund it. They've tossed out the first one as red meat for the immigration mad dogs (like me) just before the election. I can easily see that the appropriation for actually building the fence never gets passed after the election.

I read what is in the actual bill and it is not even close to funded. They allocated some money, yes, but not nearly enough.
You really should find another way of communicating without calling people names. Actually it shows your colors, not theirs.

You deserve a medal for your perseverance, fortitude and patience, my friend.

Build the fence and then couple that with harsh and extreme penalties for those traitors who hire illegal aliens. And then howzabout we actually prosecute someone for hiring illegals? And let's repeal the 14th Amendment while we're at it.

Yeah, like the reproduction of ILLEGAL ALIEN species! This idiot ought to know better than to talk about the environment with the trash that has destroyed the desert and the Mexican drug cartel pot farms destroying our national forests.

Without illegals to dig the post holes it won't be possible.

Unfortunately, I agree with the Mexicans. I will believe the fence when I see it.
