My cousin used to work with the natives in South America who were said to be the decendants of the Mayans. He is also Mayan Reiki. He has even said that the 2012 year is a new beginning. Honestly, the Mayans were around so long ago that the idea of 2012 probably seemed like beyond forever. Not to mention, the calendar had to run out of room somewhere. Even if it is a circle (which would be considered neverending)

and his anti-Jewish remarks alienated the Hollywood crowd and Democrats.

Is this writter kidding himself or what? It ain't the anti-Jewish remarks that alienated Hollywood and the Democrats.

Catholic drunks will often quote you chapter and verse from one of Paul's letters to Timothy about wine being good for you.

2012 is the end of the Mayan Calendar.

The US is going to end, but not in 2012.

I was puzzled by the tone of this; then I looked at the source.

Well, the author has met the President (then Gov.), I haven't. Of course I consider Hamas and Hizbollah terrorist groups, not freedom fighters.

In the latest remarks, Mel Gibson drew a parallel between the United States and the doomed Mayan civilization; the subject of his latest movie. Here's a parallel... unrestrained immigration didn't work. The culture was lost to invaders.

Whenever I hear garbage like this I read something intelligent and uplifting, such as Ronald Reagan's farewell address:

Mel said, " I just knew after I had downed that fifth of vodka I was getting some powerful insights into the future of the United States and my Muslim friends confirmed it too."

The concept of the End Times has been in the subconscious of man since the beginning of time, when he invented the idea that he was created in an instant by a Supreme Being we call God.

That's gonna leave a mark for the writer, Neal AbuNab. He may even have to go into hiding.

OK. So you can quote from a muzzie-paper website. Which is about as credible as Mel's insane repeating of his father's Hitlerian rants.

I think going to a drunk tank has beome the latest means of playing the victimization game. (It's not my fault - the booze made me do it!!)

Recently we've seen young Rep. Kennedy - and now Foley - play the game.

Or maybe they're all being released prematurely before being detoxed!

"What are apples if they're not peaches?" Thanks for the epiphany, Mel.

Now, superstar Mel Gibson

Thats kinda like those Tom Emanski Baseball World Videos commercials on ESPN that feature "Major League Superstar Fred McGriff". But, they do feature Baseball Worlds BACK to BACK to BACK AAU National Championship teams, so who am I to argue?
