Correct and isn't against the law to discriminate against homosexuals including "suspected" homosexuals?

Yes, it is. So if a qualified applicant for a staff position were eliminated because he or she was gay, that would be a voilation of federal law.

I am continually amazed at the hysteria here by people who are supposedly conservatives. A little bit of rational thinking would be welcome, to say the least.
