They are scum, but so is Foley. He may cost the GOP the House. What a sicko, and what a backstab to us, the voters. Even if he was set up, as Rush seems to believe, he didn't have to take the bait.
I don't expect the RATs to do anything but act like rats. But who I really despise are people like Joseph Farah, David Bossie and the Washington Times editors. We don't expect them to act like RATs, and that is exactly what they are. Turncoat rat cowards.
