and how did the second page, the one with the IMs - know to log them, hold them for years, and then get "plugged in" to the DNC and ABC?

Michelle Malkin at Hot Air has a video from O'Reilly tonight of a guy named Tyson Vivyan who was a Page from Tennessee in 1997. He said that Foley IM'd him. Did we have IM's in 1997? The guy claimed that he didn't initally know who he was getting the messages from because there's just so much of that out there.

His interview seemed fishy to me. I wonder if he worked for a dem or a republican?

That's a good question, but it's worth noting that Foley's office has already confirmed the authenticity of the IM logs.

"AIM Still Not Secure
Tristan Louis > Bibliography > AIM Still Not Secure
Two months after a wave of remote break-ins plagued users of America Online's popular Instant Messenger service (AIM), security experts say AIM's central server is still not adequately protected from either client- or server-side hacks. Assuming they're right, the growing number of AIM business users could be opening their corporate communications to eavesdroppers on private conversations, even to sophisticated intruders who can impersonate other users........"

This is not dated but appears to have happened prior to 2004.

Who IS the 'second page'; the one with damaging e-mails. . .and who is paying for his college education?

And what did Mr. Pleasant know and when did he know it. . .

How do we know the "second page" was not a Democrat operative? Foley could have been duped in the same way child predators are fooled by police into thinking they are conversing with young teens.
