Last night, ABC News investigative journalist Brian Ross suggested "there may be other members of Congress who engaged in inappropriate behavior towards congressional pages."
Said Ross, "We’re hearing quite a bit from former pages. They’re sending us all sorts of messages about possible other members."

Even if that is true, so what? Why wouldn't the Dems make sure the media got the goods? And what is wrong with that? Am I missing something here?

If Klein's camapign manager sat on these emails for months while also working for Pelosi it means Nancy knew it too.
It means the Democrats also allowed other pages to be exposed,before timing their leak to Brain Ross.
Maybe, if true, if you are saying that the Dems were sitting on the Instant Messages, as opposed to the more ambiguous I want your picture request Foley email (a claim as to the IM's if that is what you mean, that you have yet to back up). But that is what the opposition does. The opposition sits on dirt for release at the most opportune time. It is the duty of those not in opposition, to embrace transparency. It is also smart. When they do, they will be rewarded.
It means the Democrats are just as guilty as the GOP of not exposing Foley sooner. It makes Pelosi looks look like she did not care about the safety of the pages, but timed the leak for political gain.
Torie did that help the GOP in the Lewinsky scandal in the 1998 elections? No. They overplayed like the Democrats are doing now
Just document that Pelosi knew what Hastert did, when Hastert knew it, and you will make news.
I think the Dems might by overplaying their hand, but that has nothing to do, with the party in power, airing their own dirty laundry as soon as they know it is dirty.
Torie we agree to disagree. I think that in the world of Larry Flynt this page will be exposed. The dots will be connected and the trail will get back to the DEMS.
We agree that the DEMS are overplaying their hand trying to suppress the GOP base. But the Republicans at my district and workplace are irate at this DEM smear and are galvinized. And I am in a swing district.
I have no problem with varying judgments. You still need to try to back up your speculations with some sources, or links, or just admit you were speculating. Just my advice.
