I don't know what "evidence" there is. But I don't equate sex between two adults to that between a child and an adult. No matter how much this author tries to do such.

The IMs are not to a 16 year old. I suspect the IMs were supplied by some jilited queer from Foley's past trying to get even and the Democrat Noise machine simply found the emails useful cover to obfuscate the fact that the IMS are to an adult
