Why isn't there any dates? Because whoever forged these IM sessions didn't know where Foley was on what date.
Foley could if there were dates prove where he was, it is really that simple, and please don't try to tell me that computer don't mark everything done on them with dates we all know better. even pictures have date stamps as part of their file.
I don't know. The point is that Foley hasn't denied any of it and the general consensus is that he is guilty as charged. If IMs were faked, certainly that would be an issue, but it doesn't change the fact that the man is a creep. Like I said earlier, my only question is what Democrat knew about this and covered it up long enough to use it at a politically critical time? That Democrat is guilty of a crime.
