They have no issues to run on, so it's "hit" politics they are resorting to. Doesn't excuse Pirro or Foley.

I've seen some conflicting stories as to which Foley - is it Mark Foley (D) or Tom Foley (R)?

No, it doesn't excuse them. But again, Pirro's thing happened more than a year ago. It's undeniably a deliberate attempt to discredit her and on very flimsy grounds. They couldn't 'get' anything else on her rep., which as AG is probably flawless. They'll stoop to any level to get into office. [/barf]

Yes, because obviously the GOP's hands are clean with this one. Right?

Interesting...
Well...Nancy Pelosi is calling for GOP leadership to be questioned under oath.
I would like any Dems that were in the house when what Sean talked about happened to be questioned under oath...and asked WHY!!!

Did the GOP leadership see any more than the innocuous emails? If not, then their hands are clean.

I think I heard a soundbite if Woodward on one of the morning shows today....and he said that his agent and publisher TOLD him to finish and get it out in time for the election..
He isn't hiding what he is doing at all...it is a badge of honor to play dirty in the Dem party.

This story has obviously destroyed Foley's professional career. ...only as a Republican!
To: Froufrou
I figured that hillary had dug this up and was waiting to use it. Lousy personal life Pirro has, too bad for us republicans here in NY. Foley, however, is a disgusting pervert at best, a criminal at worst. Good thing he resigned.

Brian Ross works for ABC News...and one of the head honchos of ABC News is Mark Halperin....who wrote that e-mail in 2004..telling the reporters to "talk up" John Kerry.
His father Morton(?) Halperin is most likely to have the close relationship with Soros...but, the drip, drip, drip is an apt description there.

Well...Nancy Pelosi is calling for GOP leadership to be questioned under oath. Yes, the lame brain better watch she asks for, it could do the Dems a lot of damage down the road.

Mark Foley is a Republican...Florida. Tom Foley is a Democrat. Mark Foley resigned due to his supposed communcations with a House page.
To: governsleastgovernsbest
I would bet the MSM thought Foley would come out and deny everything and then they could really tie the Republicans to the situation but now since Foley quit and the Republicans have passed it to the Justice Department in about a week the MSM will just appear to be talking to themselves as usual.
