Riaz Khan, of Arena Road, Freeport was across the road from his father’s business — Khanson Transport Company Limited, Jerry Junction, Waterloo Road, Carapichaima—when he was kidnapped by two gunmen.

Khan is the second of three children for Nazam Khan and his wife Vindra. Khan’s kidnapping was recorded as the eighth for the year.

Head of the Anti-Kidnapping Squad (AKS), Supt David Nedd said the case was being treated very seriously."
