It's nasty
No strangely enough, carrot juice doesn't taste like carrots, to me anyway. It's not very good I can't imagine many people actually like it. It is sometimes mixed with orange juice but it makes the orange juice taste bad.
If the beet juice supply gets tainted, I'll be REALLY upset!
I rather like fresh carrot juice - make it at home and throw in a couple apples for 2 lbs of carrots, and it's quite good. And to me, it tastes NOTHING like carrots.
But about the article: it seems as if this is about more than 'leaving juice out of the refrigerator.' I don't understand why this is happening with "pasteurized" juice! Unless of course, something is happening to the juice AFTER the pasteurization.
