NEVER!!!
I saw him at the Sago Miners Memorial at WVWC in Jan and almost didn't recognize him. How they got him to look like he does in his ads is amazing. He is very frail and palsied. Using two canes. He will not last his term if re-elected so there goes the seniority on committees and the ONLY reason WVirginians have to vote for him (aside from saying 'thank you') The way he's been running his mouth the last couple of years has a lot of life-long Dems ticked off.
