Does anyone have any scenarios of what it will be like when this Chief steps down from office at the end of his term? I Mean, whats going to happen to this country? Will there be another "Burning Bush" in the WhiteHouse? WIll there be another President who will stand against the enemy with such military might and has the gonads to use alomost "any weapon" of choice to hunt these groups down? Maybe there will be a President that will conform to the UN ,slash Military spending, cut intel assets and funding and pull out the troops and show the world we are giving into their propaganda that the US is really the bad guy and we will go back home. Someone Tell Me What "Life without President Bush" will be like. Because its seems Im becoming more frieghtend by every scenario I am putting together. God Help US!
O yeah! I agree. Its not like the Soviets of old. Just leave them alone and their country. But America had a war brought to them on their turf by people who dont give a damn about life period! They are willing to scarfice the whole for just a part. And really there are no rules, no respect between heads of states, I mean these are animals who live by the rule of the Jungle.
If a Democrat wins, there will be a lot less arguing about the President here on FR.
No...it means there is going to be alot of game playing in our future.....

I think that GWB was regarded by many as somewhat of an unknown quantity back when he was Governor of Texas. Still others considered him to be a 'lightweight'. Remember all that 'gravitas' talk? That was code for having an experienced hand (ultimately Dick Cheyney) looking over the nominee's shoulder.
It's still early. The better known candidates are from the Senate, but senators haven't won in recent history. You could say it's because they all have too much baggage.
The eventual Republican nominee will begin to introduce himself. They're already campaigning in Iowa. Do well there, and the Media will begin to notice.
Depends on whether they move to impeach Bush. Frankly, I don't think that they'll be able to resist the temptation.
Can saner heads, and here I presume the Senator Lieberman is not the only rational Dumbocrat, retake control of that Party?
Sen. Lieberman might be the lonliest man in Washington.
I'm not looking forward to it, but when it does happen, I can only hope that he and Laura have a long and enjoyable retirement. The sad part is the man is too much of a gentleman to speak out on what messes he had to clean up after the Toon, nor will he bad-mouth any successor.
