Yes. If the US leaves before there is a solution, (and this comment will probably get me banned from FR), but this current White House and the next one (who actually pulls out) should be brought up on War Crimes Charges. It sucked to live in Saddam's Iraq, but it is much better than "living" through a genocide.
Terrorist organizations have very different responses to leadership losses, there are suspicions, struggles for power, and degradation of leadership abilities.
Military organizations train to have leadership in depth, struggles for the top spot are not an issue, and aren't relying on the man on the white horse. Al queda has been way degraded by these losses.
This is all Bush's fault.

We were not in the middle of a sectarian war in Germany and Korea. Germans and Koreans are not Muslim. In Iraq we will always be infidels and occupiers and subject to attack. I don't want any American Soldiers to die for the sake of another forward base. We already have enough in the ME, not to mention our carrier task forces.
What thay say and what they VOTE are two different matters
