Sorry, but Frist is the REASON we have the Alito and Roberts and a host of conservatives on District and Appeals courts.
It's a bum rap and easily disproven.
Frist is a looser who has absolutely no shot of being the republican nominee.
Pure revisionism. Frist threatened multiple times to nuke the filibusters but did nothing. Now *maybe* he was really planning to do it, but he was preempted by the so-called Gang of 14. It sucks, but there's no denying that they are the reason Alito and Roberts are on the bench. And IMO McCain was the mover behind the Gang.
But, of course, nothing can redeem his attack on Free Speech.
