Murtha is up by about 12. It is defintitely in play, but it is still likely Murtha will hold on.
People haven't look seriously at this district in decades. The voters will probably be charged up to have a race this close. If Murtha's backers take it for granted and Irey's folks are charged up, the gap between them is easily surmountable.
