I was wondering if these documents were put on the FMSO site by someone wanting to spoil the site.

I really hope that this is not the case. I have had few communications with some people who are in charge of DOCEX (via e-mail) and they seem very sincere about this. I am going to send them an e-mail and ask them if they can provide me with the original Arabic document for this one or at least clarify with their translators if the Arabic document really mentioned "Gulf War" or it showed the more common Iraqi names for this war.
