Those sound like good ideas, Joseph. There is probably nothing wrong here, it is just the oddity that these documents all relate to each other, there is not an Arabic original with any, and the reference to "Gulf War".
Let me know what you find out.
You might also see if you can find out if these documents were put on the site at a seperate time from all others.
